You support our team as Coordinator, Facility Management & Location Services Weinheim (w/m/d), parttime 25h/week

Coordination of facility services, fault messages, repairs, relocations and general location-related service requests Organisation and tracking of maintenance, inspections and measures with craftsmen, suppliers and service providers Coordination of topics related to buildings, infrastructure and supply facilities such as ventilation, elevators, electrical, water, heating, cooling and workplace infrastructure Support for safety, fire protection and access issues, including fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, signages and visitor and foreign companies access Support of procurement and administration processes, including supply requests, order confirmations, delivery dates, invoices, supplier discussions and demand messages in the Procurement system Supporting selected fleet tasks for the pool vehicles at the Weinheim site as well as defined vehicles, including Fleet management system, inspections, tyre change, TÜV/UVV checks, workshop visits, vehicle cleaning and vehicle transfers Maintenance of a pragmatic status and action list for open location-related topics and escalation as needed Ensuring clear user communication on building measures, restrictions, relocations, maintenance work and temporary operating effects Support for topics related to facilities, furniture and inventory, including disposal, scrapping, reuse and HSE related reporting

Technical or commercial training with a strong practical understanding of facility or location service processes Professional experience in facility management, technical building equipment, location service or comparable coordinating service knowledge in the areas of building infrastructure, maintenance and inspection coordination, service provider control and access and security issues; Experiences with Veenion and Avrios are beneficial Very good knowledge of German and basic to good knowledge of English for cooperation in an international environment High service orientation, reliability and organizational strength Practical, solution-oriented operation and structured documentation sovereign appearance and secure communication with internal customers, suppliers and service providers Additional qualifications in the field of occupational safety and health protection are expressly desired
