You plan and tax complex major projects and programs within the Mobility Division As a program manager, you are a central contact person for all active projects of a business unit and act as an interface between projects, clients and management Operatively guides and implements IT projects with a focus on process innovations to realize the digital strategy With your project team, you develop innovative, digital solutions and integrate new technologies that offer customers and employees real value In an agile setup, you work with cross-functional teams and business units to successfully complete projects You coordinate internal teams as well as external IT suppliers and software development partners to ensure smooth implementation Time, quality and costs You always keep an eye on the project controller and ensure compliance with pre-defined KPIs project You regularly report the progress of your projects to the PMO and to the steering circles, while you recognize project risks early on, analyze and initiate effective countermeasures

A completed technical or business studies with IT reference, or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Multiannual experience in managing large-scale IT projects, ideally in the digitization of business processes, software product development and in the implementation of IT-supported solutions. Funded knowledge in managing and managing programs (multi-project management), as well as extensive experience in the professional leadership of interdisciplinary teams Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and experience with classic PM approaches (e.g. PMI, Prince2). Confidence with modern digitalization technologies such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI (Artificial Intelligence) and cloud computing Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking. Experience in the presentation of project results and moderation of appointments or workshops to top management level Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in German and English
