You will take over the technical and disciplinary management of the employees assigned to you including their qualifications and development. You will plan and monitor all Materials & Processes capacities to ensure on-time, on-cost and quality-based development, qualification and introduction into serial production of new materials, manufacturing processes and standard parts. You will be in batch of the creation and maintenance of the DIEHL Aviation internal material standards and standard parts. You will be responsible for Materials & Processes-related tasks within the product development process within the strategic business unit Cabin Interiors of Diehl TK Aviation. You will support internal forces in secure their targets and goals by ensuring the Materials & Processes deliverables.

You possess a degree as an engineer in the field of construction aircraft, plastics technology with a specialization in process technology or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in the development of materials and manufacturing processes, ideally in the field of lightweight design and composites manufacturing. You are deeply familiar with the product development process of the aviation industry. You have already led a team and have a cooperative and outcome-orientated way of working. You have a good command of both written and spoken English and can provide professional guidance and support to our colleagues in Hungary and Mexico.
