CAFM Specialist (m/f/d)

You coordinate structural specifications for the CAFM-based documentation of construction projects and thus provide a reliable basis for planning, handover and operation. Creation and maintenance of specifications, systematic testing of data deliveries by the specialist planners and coordination with project participants in the construction context. You assume the DV system responsibility for the CAFM environment, in particular for AutoCAD including interface tuning with the IT, update planning and release preparation. Checking, removing and ensuring the system conformity of plans of external planning offices and the independent control of fault analysis, tests and measures. Operation and continuous optimization: You support users, improve the functionality of the system, develop interfaces and carry out training if necessary.

Completed training as a technical designer (w/m/d) (or comparable) and well-founded practice in the digital documentation of buildings. At least 10 years of professional experience in the field of technical building equipment (TGA). Expert knowledge in AutoCAD (Autodesk) and security in handling CAD-based processes from request to application. Advanced MS Office knowledge as well as knowledge in programming (e.g. Lisp or VBA) and a solid understanding of databases (e.g. MS Access or Oracle) and CAFM systems. Very pronounced analytical capacity, precise and targeted working methods and strong conflict management combined with secure communication for support and training.
