Advice: You support our client in implementing Conversational AI Usecases, taking into account common regulatory and governance frameworks. Presentation: You conduct sales appointments and customer workshops independently and conduct customer projects. Sales: You’ll start offerings and develop sales processes with a targeted focus. Content creation: You develop and update presentations on GenAI, Conversational AI and Contact Center solutions. Evaluate technologies: You recognize, evaluate and unlock new players, technologies and regulatory requirements. Knowledge Transfer: You organize training, technical contributions and conferences and strengthen our internal ConvAI community.

IT training: A completed study or training with IT reference or comparable experience forms the basis for your role. Expertise and passion: You are passionate about Conversational AI and their benefits for our customers. Consultancy: You bring at least 3 years of experience in consulting, partner and project management. Technical know-how: You have an understanding of programming, software architectures, hyperscaler, AI governance and regulatory. Industry expert: You have sound knowledge in one of the common Conversational AI platforms (e.g. KoreAI; Cognigy; Parloa etc.) and Agent systems as well as GenAI, LLM, RAG. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and English allows you to communicate effectively.
