Developed with profound experience in requirements engineering and creative design You are a first-class onboarding journey and create intuitive, efficient application processes that convince our customers in retail banking on the whole. In your agile squad, you act as a product owner and focus on customer benefits and effect. You prioritize the backlog, form users stories that inspire, and make sure that ideas are quickly implemented in visible results. Together with product management, specialist departments, IT and Risk, you are bringing innovative projects in the web and app areas to the forefront and assisting nationally and internationally. In doing so, you keep all threads in your hands in the requirement and stakeholder management. With a view to the whole, you keep up with regulatory issues and governance responsibility and combine compliance with the joy of innovation. You analyze existing processes, create potential for improvement and make quality, cost-effectiveness and customer experience measurably better. Through customer feedback and usage data, you recognize what really matters and translate your findings into smart specialist concepts and customer journey maps – in close cooperation with other product owners (POs) and customer journey experts (CJEs). From technical design to realization and testing to introduction You’re driving the entire development cycle of new features and processes with clear guidelines, transparent documentation and meaningful reports to ensure that quality is not just a goal but a standard.

Studies in Economics / Business Informatics, a technical or bank-based training or several years of professional experience in the product area of a bank / FinTechs Multiannual practice as Product Owner with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban) in a team with high IT content Experience in cooperation with UX/UI designers, developers and data specialists as well as the 2nd Lines Long-standing experience in requirements engineering and data analysis and customer journey mapping Funded know-how in project work and (IT) process management as well as ideally in the business field of digital customer interfaces and banking products Team player with systematic and independent working Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions Very good communication skills in German and English
