Your job

• Your technical know-how helps you control house technology as well as minor repairs
• You take care of the care of outdoor plants and the ordering of cleaning agents
• You take seasonal winter service
• You first work in part time 15 hours a week, from 01.08.2025 in full time approx. 35-37 hours a week (between 7:00 and 20:30)

What you bring

• You bring basic technical understanding and craftsmanship
• You ideally have a class B driving licence
• You have a high degree of reliability
• You convince with your dedicated and independent way of working
