Your field of activity

• Activation and maintenance of independent life planning through holistic and activating care and care in the outpatient context
• Adjustment of care to the patient's health condition
• Create or update documentation and care planning
• Review and preparation of medication

This will bring you

• Complete training as health care and nursing caregivers, elderly caregivers, health caregivers and nurses (general education)
• Alternative: Education from abroad with equivalence decision recognised in Germany
• Good German knowledge of B2 level in word and writing
• Teamability, Responsibility and Engagement
• Class B licence is required for activity
• Experience in outpatient care of advantage, but no need
