Roofer / carpenter – photovoltaic installation (m/f/d)

INOL GmbH is an energy service company focusing on photovoltaics, renewable energies and modern energy solutions. We plan and implement photovoltaic systems with our own assembly teams – from private residential buildings to sophisticated Industrial and commercial plants.

To strengthen our assembly team, we are now looking for a rooftop or carpenter (m/w/d), who wants to bring his craft skills into the construction of modern photovoltaic systems.

Your tasks

Your focus is on the professional DC installation of photovoltaic systems on different types of roofs and buildings.

Your activities include:

• Installation of photovoltaic systems on steep and flat roofs
• Installation of substructures, roof hooks and mounting systems
• Assembly and mounting of PV modules
• Work on different roof structures for private, commercial and industrial customers
• Implementation of technical occupancy, assembly and strand plans
• Production and laying of the required cable channels
• Professional implementation of preparatory DC work
• Coordination with our technical planning and the involved electricians and specialists
• Implementation of the technical and qualitative standards specified by INOL GmbH

Thanks to our focus in the Industrial and commercial sectors, you can expect varied projects and different structural and technical requirements. In addition to classic single-family houses, you work for example on hall, commercial and industrial buildings as well as on larger photovoltaic projects.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as Dachdecker, Zimmermann/Zimmerer (m/w/d) or a comparable craft qualification
• Safe handling of work on roofs and heights
• Craft and technical understanding
• ability to read and implement technical specifications and assembly plans
• Self-employed, careful and responsible work
• Teamability and reliability
• Class B licence
• Experience in photovoltaic installation is advantageous, but no prerequisite

No experience with photovoltaics yet?

No problem. The decisive factor for us is a well-founded craft training and the willingness to work into photovoltaic technology.

If you have not yet gained any or only little experience with photovoltaic systems, you will be incorporated in a structured manner by our experienced specialists. You will get to know the various assembly systems, technical specifications, occupancy and phase plans as well as our processes in the construction of PV systems.
