Your tasks: Individual support: Support people with mental or mental disabilities who live in their own apartment in the Siegen district Support for everyday life: Help our clients handle everyday life independently and help them with advice and action Teamwork and documentation: document your work in our computer system and actively participate in team discussions

What you should bring: Qualification: You have a completed training or a study as a social worker / healer teacher (m/w/d) Experience: Ideally you bring experience in work with people with disabilities Soft Skills: You have joy in dealing with people, are independent and at the same time team-capable Driving licence: You have a class B licence
