Consultant Financing / Lending (m/f/d)

Secure and carry out new acquisitions, prolongations and refinancing of loans with banks and capital collection centres Analyze, examine and propose the best possible financing for individual investments and for corporate financing also by means of alternative financing instruments Pick up, analyze and propose offers from several lenders Coordination and implementation of optimised applications for funding institutions such as the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), NRW.Bank and the European Investment Bank (EIB) also in consultation with Authorisation Authorities and Ministries Implementation of contract negotiations with lenders and creation of payment requirements Project management for modernisation and new construction, in particular with regard to funding Analyze, advise and arrange optimal ground management services to secure the loan as well as to optimize the management situation of the Group Participation in short-term rolling liquidity and financial planning and medium-term business planning linking and maintaining contacts with the existing and potential lenders of the Group as part of the relationship management, banking policy and financial market communication Analysis and continuous improvement of existing processes Coordination of the Funding/Beleisure team Take responsibility for coordination and smooth cooperation within the area of representation

(Fach-)University studies in economics or commercial training (ideally bank training) with additional economic qualification and long-term professional experience Knowledge about real estate financing Very good IT skills in MS Office and good knowledge in SAP Very good knowledge of accounting, controlling, taxes, banking and financial law Very good knowledge of housing and real estate Willingness and capacity to take responsibility for the area and make decisions Social competence and team skills Good analytical skills and a structured way of working
