For our district administration in Tübingen we are looking for you at the next possible time for the

Household technology Your future tasks:

• Monitoring and maintenance of building equipment and installations (e.g. electrical installations, sanitary equipment, heating, air conditioning, ventilation systems)
• Admission, coordination and control of necessary maintenance and repairs
• Monitoring of prescribed tests (TÜV etc.)
• General maintenance and service work with the implementation of smaller maintenance and repairs
• Perception of traffic security obligations at and in the building incl. Winter service
• Car park maintenance and service

To do this, bring:

• Complete vocational training in electrical, heating, ventilation, sanitation or a comparable degree
• Ideal professional experience in home technology
• Craft skills, basic technical understanding and physical resilience
• Reliable, independent work with high service orientation
• Ready to work irregularly (readiness to work)
• Driving license class B
