At the Zwenkau site we produce recyclable plastic packaging for food – from yogurt to sausage and cheese products to ice cream. As a machine and plant operator (m/w/d), you are an essential part of our team that delivers the highest quality through the latest technologies and a 5-day week in shift operation.

• You set up injection moulding machines and robot peripherals professionally.
• You plan remodeling and accompany their acceptance – with technical sensitivity and organizational talent.
• In the event of disturbances, you intervene, analyze causes and optimierst processes to ensure a smooth production process.
• You carry out samples of new in-mould labels, masterbatches and basic materials.
• You take over the setup and monitoring of optical measurement systems, such as Mevisco MPC/MIPS and Keyence CV-X/XG Vision.
• The regular maintenance of production facilities is part of your task.
• You always keep an eye on working safety, hygiene and quality and ensure compliance.

We are looking for

You love technology, work precise and feel comfortable in production? To be successful in our team, you should bring the following features, experiences and qualifications:

• Completion in a technical profession, e.g. process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/w/d) or comparable.
• Experience in machine operation and in the installation of production facilities.
• Knowledge of the handling of injection moulding machines would be advantageous.
• Experiences in the field of automation as well as with floor and 2-component tools desirable.
• Ready to work in 3-shift operation (5-day week).
• Secure handling of MS Office 365 and common PC applications.
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
• Self-working, teamwork and loadability.
