Central, competent contact person for management as well as specialist and executives in all personal questions as well as labour, tariff, tax and social security law Technical and disciplinary management of the personnel division (12 employees) Implementation, control and optimization of relevant HR instruments, processes and guidelines Detection and provision of HR metrics Optimization, standardization and digitization of HR processes Accompanying any labour law proceedings in close coordination with our lawyers Takeover of HR-related projects

Successfully completed legal or business studies, with the focus on human resources or work law or a comparable qualification; as an alternative completed commercial training with further training to the personnel officer/in or personnel specialist businessman/wife in a comparable position Multiannual professional experience in the field of human resources and in-depth knowledge in labour and collective bargaining law as well as in tax and social security law Teamability, openness and self-initiative Representative consulting, coaching and conflict resolution competence Structured, entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility and rapid understanding Very good knowledge in handling the MS Office package
