Account Manager (m/w/d) Job ID 77654 | Location Heidenheim Your duties In your role, you support the work of the Voith Group's Compliance Committee and advise executives, employees and compliance officers in all compliance-relevant issues. You process independent legal enquiries on compliance-relevant topics (e.g. on antitrust law, commercial and money laundering) from the entire group. You examine compliance clauses and codes of conduct of other companies (e.g. customers) in legal terms. In addition, you carry out presence and online training in German and English – including in the international environment – with the focus on anti-corruption and anti-trust compliance and continuously develop it. In addition, you will be involved in the design of new training formats, including digital learning offers and e-learning videos for additional target groups (e.g. selected contractual partners and employee groups). You contribute to the continuous improvement of the compliance management system, including in the areas of risk management and internal control system (IKS). You support and further develop the reporting system and process in-depth compliance cases, including internal investigations. Your tasks include the implementation of second-level controls, in particular the implementation of compliance reviews in Voith Group's Group units worldwide. Your profile You are a full lawyer or have successfully completed your studies in business law and ideally have relevant professional experience in the compliance field. Ideally, you will bring practical experience in carrying out and documentation of internal investigations. High interest in governance and compliance (especially anti-corruption, antitrust and money laundering) will bring you with you. We require very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; Knowledge of another language is advantageous (especially Spanish, Portuguese or Chinese). A very safe handling of MS Office, databases and sharepoint solutions is desirable. You are characterized by a good understanding of economic relationships and the requirements for the organisation of an economic enterprise as well as investigative skills. You are a self-confident personality with a binding appearance and a high degree of integrity, reliability and thoroughness.
