To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a senior building manager (w/m/d) in full time or part time at our locations in Hamburg Harburg or Bremen.

You take over the construction monitoring and construction supervision of projects in bridge construction, engineering and/or water construction according to the performance phase 8 of the HOAI. You monitor the construction work done, check the dimensions and invoices and document the construction workflow comprehensible and structured. You will start schedules, participate in the cost determination and accompany the decrease of the construction services. You work closely with our project managers: both together and ensure a reliable coordination between all project participants. You bring your experience into the quality, time and cost-effective implementation of demanding construction projects.

Successfully completed study of civil engineering with several years of experience in construction monitoring, construction management or construction management Good knowledge of relevant regulations and regulations in construction and safe handling of MS Office Joy in varied projects and cooperation in the team – in the office and at the construction site Structured, independent and reliable operation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
