Complaints Processing Clerk (m/f/d)

Processing of complaint cases, views and evaluation of test results from the receipt of goods under compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the field of quality assurance Technical clarifications with suppliers, coordination of measures with commercial, manufacturing or constructive bodies in the house Conducting quality tests with electronic or mechanical measuring devices on products according to technical specifications Identification of quality problems and sources of errors on the basis of technical documentation and initiation of rework, tolerations and returns including related measures in the SAP QM module Documentation of test results and creation of error reports in digital form and/or directly in SAP Testing certificates, measurement protocols and test certificates for accuracy

You can provide a technician/training in mechanical or electronic fields, or a comparable degree. You bring good knowledge in quality assurance, testing planning, complaint processing and associated SAP knowledge in the QM module. You have experience with mechanical or electronic measurement testing technology. You also have experience in dealing with suppliers. Good knowledge and understanding of technical documentation are of course for you. We expect good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel. You are characterized by team capacity, loadability and self-responsibility and a high self-motivation.
