Scrum Master (m/f/d)

You help your team to apply the Scrum process correctly and thus continuously increase team productivity and quality. You create a working environment that is characterized by open and collaborative communication and atmosphere, in which you resolve conflicts in the team and with stakeholders and inspire for common goals. By coaching, training and mentoring you develop agile culture. You advise and support the Product Owner in developing user stories and building the backlog. You will recognize obstacles and support the development of joint solutions. You support the developers in the self-organization and achievement of sprint goals by using appropriate methods. As part of the Scrum Master Community, you opt for the agile methods for the entire company and can also introduce agile values beyond your own team boundaries.

You have a successfully completed degree in an IT-close course. A background in the software environment is advantageous, ideally with Java. At best, you bring more than 3 years of professional experience in the role of Scrum Master (m/w/d) in agile software development projects and with geographically distributed teams. You have the ability to constructively solve challenges and team conflicts. You have a deep understanding of agile work and live according to its values You are strong in communication and have strong leadership with a cooperative leadership style (Servant Leader) for agile teams. You have a positive attitude to life, commitment and a high level of empathy to detect moods and dynamics in the team at an early stage. You have very good German skills (C1) and reliable English.
