The refer GmbH ensures optimal preparation, recovery and disposal of waste incineration/slags and contributes to the protection of resources by recovering valuable materials.

Full time | unlimited Creation, preparation and analysis of operating data and key figures as well as preparation of technical documents and decision bases Monitoring and tracking of audits, maintenance, deadlines and dates as well as monitoring compliance with operational requirements and limit values Examination and support in the planning, organisation and documentation of operational processes and technical projects Participation in the preparation and updating of approval documents and monitoring of change and release processes Creation and updating of risk assessments, operating instructions, procedural instructions and other operational rules Participation in compliance with statutory requirements in the fields of occupational safety, environmental law, operator obligations and approval requirements Creation and processing of technical order requirements as well as coordination with purchasing, suppliers and internal departments Monitoring of delivery dates, material availability and auditing as well as maintenance of spare parts and material master data Preparation of documents for authorities, certifications and internal and external audits Close cooperation with the areas of operation, maintenance, occupational safety, environmental management, purchasing and external service providers

You have completed technical and commercial vocational training with a corresponding further education, for example the technical specialist (m/w/d) or the technical operator (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have technical understanding and knowledge in the operation of waste disposal, recycling or process equipment You bring experience in reporting, the preparation of evaluations and technical documentation with Basic knowledge of labour, environmental or waste law as well as in the field of operator obligations are desirable Knowledge of popular MS Office applications and ideally experience in handling ERP systems will help you get started You have a quick understanding as well as analytical thinking and are committed to new technical and legal issues You are characterized by a structured, careful and reliable operation Communication strength, team skills and a safe and friendly appearance in dealing with internal and external contacts are among your strengths Self-employed work, sense of responsibility and a high degree of organisational skills are of course for you Commitment, initiative and the willingness to actively shape processes, complete your profile
