Business Requirement Engineer - Private Property & Liability Insurance (m/f/d)

We work at Tribe Home & Living & Accident to implement new products, business processes and data from private property and liability insurance on the IT side. We attach particular importance to close and cross-border cooperation with our stakeholders and partners.

We are looking for you as a Business Requirement Engineer - Privat Sach- & Haftpflichtversicherung (m/w/d) at the Cologne site.

You work in an agile, experienced and cross-functional team from Business Requirement Engineers and Developer:inside You advise your stakeholders: within the framework of the technical/technical requirements of operations and central systems, with the focus: processes of private property & liability insurance in the context of guidewire, creation of documents and interface integrations You determine, formulate and manage requirements (including in the form of user stories) in the context of the PolicyCenter application, taking into account the technical and economic possibilities You document the implementation results You will independently formulate test cases, perform them, evaluate the results and document them You secure the running operation, analyze production problems and errors and support them in their solution

You have a degree in economics or computer science Multiannual experience as a Business Requirement Engineer or Business Analyst and certification such as IREB, Business Analysis, BPMN You have gained first practical experience in private property & liability insurance and/or software integration projects Proofable project experience in the further development of Guidewire Software of advantage You like working in the team and drawing yourself through an independent and proactive way of working You have very good analytical skills and a basic, technical understanding as well as good communication skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
