We are looking for

Administrative and operational support of strategic purchasing in procurement and supplier support Preparation of orders, supplier negotiations and contracts Processing and tracking of complaints Coordination with suppliers and internal specialist departments to clarify deviations and open processes Maintenance and updating of master files, scorecards and supplier documentation Coordination and tracking of supplier requests and ensuring complete and current documentation Preparation of information and documentation for strategic purchasing and support for supplier reviews

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification First professional experience in purchasing, ideally in operational purchasing or supplier management Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office applications Reliable, structured and careful operation Communication and team skills and openness to new challenges
