Management and support of the accounting team together with the Head of Finance Responsibility for the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Ensuring proper accounting and further development of accounting processes Preparation and participation in budget negotiations with cost-beneficiaries Creation of evaluations, reports and analyses for management Management of asset accounting, accounting and intercompany voting Contact person for auditors, tax advisors and internal departments Participation in projects for process optimization and digitization in the financial sector

Completed commercial training with further training to the account holder (IHK) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company Knowledge in the HGB as well as safe handling of common accounting systems leadership competence or first experience in the professional management of a team Analytical thinking, structured working and high reliability Communication strength, team orientation and joy in the further development of processes
