What we plan together: The functional area of Construction Central Services ensures the facility management for the central locations in Cologne. This includes the creation and implementation of needs-oriented and modern area and office concepts in the Office Design & Relocation area. We are looking for support in the form of an internship.

What you do with us: You take responsibility: You support the Team Office Design & Relocation in creating and implementing innovative office concepts. You show commitment: You plan office moves and perform them with external help (peditions). You don't get in a way: you'll create orders to external service providers (suppliers, forwarders, etc.). You are in the middle: you accompany the procurement process for office furniture and furnishings. The processing of procurement applications, as well as the triggering, acceptance and control of demand-oriented procurement are your tasks. You have everything in mind: You are responsible for data collection and maintenance in the Facility Management Tool.

You have good knowledge of popular MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), as well as Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive). You're mobile within Cologne.
