Care and continuous development of the TUMonline documentation Content processing of documentation as a knowledge base for an AI-based chatbot Support in training and ongoing optimization of the chatbot (e.g. prompts, test cases, relevance and hit rates) Detection of improvement measures from support tickets and typical user requests Structure and care of knowledge sources as well as their link with chatbot content and support processes Coordination and cooperation with existing initiatives, the IT team and other relevant stakeholders

Completed training as a specialist or completed study of computer science, economic informatics or a comparable course of study Professional practice and experience with IT techniques and systems Very good text and structuring capability; secure creation of user-friendly instructions Basic understanding of LLM/Chatbot systems and their content care/quality assurance Interesting: Experiences with AI-based tools (e.g. analysis of chatbot responses, simple prompt design) Affinity for Knowledge Management Methods High level of team capacity, self-initiative and service-oriented thinking and action Systematic and independent operation German knowledge of level C1 required, English knowledge of level B2 desirable
