For our subsidiary FAIRRANK we are now looking for an SEO manager strategy & Technik(m/w/d). As an agile agency, FAIRRANK works in interdisciplinary teams on innovative solutions to lead customers to online success.

SEO Manager Strategy & Technik (m/w/d) Cologne | from now on | Full time Data analysis: You analyze relevant website and performance data, keeps conversions in mind and uses insights from GA4, GSC and Screaming Frog to derive action recommendations and independent implementation. SEO audits & on-page: You perform SEO audits based on your data analysis, identify technical, content and structural potentials and implement targeted optimization measures. SEO Strategy & Performance: From your data analysis and audits, you develop and implement holistic SEO strategies to sustainably increase the organic visibility and performance of our customers. Strategic customer management: You advise and guide your customers in all SEO and digital issues and continuously develop their digital presence. GEO & AI Search: You develop strategies for GEO and AI Search and optimize content for finding in AI-based search engines and response engines. Keyword & Content: You conduct keyword and competition analyses, develop editorial plans and then transfer them to our inhouse editorial team for content creation. Own content creation is not required. Reporting & Consulting: You create regular performance analyses, present results with the customer and guide concrete action recommendations. Innovation & Trends: You follow up current developments in SEO, GEO and AI and integrierst relevant trends and tools into your daily work.

Professional experience & expertise:You bring multi-year SEO experience to the agency or customer side as well as well as well-founded knowledge in on-page, off-page and technical SEO. GEO & KI: You are working intensively with GEO, AI Search and LLMs and using tools like ChatGPT or Claude securely and efficiently in your work processes. SEO Tools & Backend: You work routined with common SEO tools and common backend systems, such as WordPress, Shopware, Shopify & Co. Strategy & Consulting: You think analytical and strategic, can safely advise customers and communicate complex topics in a comprehensible way. Working: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and take responsibility for your projects. Intrinsic motivation is a prerequisite for us, as well as adhering to our Ageonly internal processes for customer processing to guarantee a quality standard. Communication & Team: You can communicate safely in German and English, work in the team and bring your own initiative and interest in new developments in the search, as well as in exchange with colleagues in our various formats for knowledge transfer.
