Its area of responsibility includes the collection, installation and initial/follow-up of property damage In particular, You are responsible for the processing of damage to the part of the company. The telephone and personal customer service, as well as the correspondence with our inter­nal and ex­ternal customers, are also part of your work. You determine and monitor our reserves

You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally for the purchaser/seller for services and finance You are ideally equipped with experience in damage processing You are able to work quickly on and to process them reliably. Its activities are customer and service-oriented, economic and responsive You like to work in the team and contribute to a positive working climate You are safe to use the current MS Office products and work quickly into new systems
