Architect for Detailed Design - LPH3 & LPH5 (m/f/d)

To further strengthen our architecture team, we are looking for an experienced architect in Heidelberg and Kaiserslautern for detailed planning in the LPH3 & LPH5 (w/m/d).

Are you interested in demanding architecture and are you happy to lead projects together with your colleagues to success?

Responsibility for detailed planning of demanding construction projects (LP3 and LP5) Development of constructive solutions Precise plan documents in CAD Quality and cost awareness in all planning phases Support in technical clarification during construction

Complete study of architecture At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally focusing on detailed planning (LP 3–5) Excellent constructive, structural physics understanding and an eye for technical solutions Safe handling of applicable standards and regulations Very good knowledge of CAD software (preferably Revit) Self-employed and structured work High quality standards and joy in precise work Interest in resource-saving construction (integration sustainability criteria)
