The comprehensive legal support of the entire supply chain relevant processes, in particular independent advice in the individual contract design and support of contract negotiations, especially in the purchase of raw materials, production facilities and services for the production of our products and/or Control of our processes Supporting our competitiveness in the market by ensuring the application and implementation of our company standards for our purchase, production and service agreements in the daily business and their continuous development and adaptation to new challenges Maintaining the outstanding positions of our brands by implementing legally optimal product liability and product safety requirements Ensuring our entrepreneurial success by ensuring a long-term group-wide data protection compliance by implementing and developing adequate data protection measures in all business sectors, as well as providing comprehensive support in the transfer of Eckes-Granini’s compliance management system to potential new risk areas Creating permanent internal transparency and efficiency through adequate management of contract management

Master's degree in Business and Data Protection Law or Legal Studies with First and Second State Exams – Predicated At least 2 years of professional experience in an internationally active company in the FMCG/food industry or in an internationally active business law firm Legal knowledge in the fields of general economic law, contract law, product liability law and data protection law German and English language skills
