• Implementation of installations, repairs, maintenance Telephonic advice/representation of customers in technical problems Recover and update all service-relevant data and activities in the service system Organization of work distribution to ensure the services contractually agreed to the customer Managing the required spare parts to ensure quick support of our customers taking into account the associated storage costs *Production and maintenance of good communication and partnership with customers, employees:inside and business contacts

Your qualifications:

This will bring you

• Completed training as a medical technician:in or other comparable technical discipline
• Experiences in the field of technical service of medical devices Knowledge on legal requirements (medical products and transfusion law) and the quality standards and standards necessary in this area Basic knowledge of MS Office programs Excel, Word, Outlook Safe handling of lotus notes and the service database Good English skills to understand technical documents in English and to apply them without errors
