The Medical Clinic 3 is one of the largest clinics of the University Hospital Dresden with 102 beds for stationary care and a large ambulance area. It offers a wide range of treatments, including diabetes mellitus and diabetes-following diseases. The diabetic foot syndrome is one of the most feared secondary diseases of diabetes mellitus, whose treatment requires interdisciplinary action.
