AI Adoption Consultant (m/f/d)

You build the AI Maker Circle, develop the community and take over the onboarding and activation of the maker. You design and moderate community formats such as kickoffs, workshops, quarterly meetings and hackathons and make successful AI-use cases visible. You accompany AI-Use-Cases from the first idea to the implementation, evaluate requirements and coordinate the cooperation between business, IT, AI experts and external partners. You develop change, communication and adoption measures, curatierst use cases and playbooks and bring relevant AI trends into the community. You use the IPAI and partner network to gain best practices and new impulses for Bechtle. You measure and communicate the effect of the AI option and continually shape our group-wide AI enablement offer.

You bring 2-4 years of experience in change management, adoption, internal communication or community/multiplier programs and have strong communication and moderation capabilities. You have a good understanding of generative AI and AI agents, use AI tools themselves actively and can easily classify Use Cases for technical and non-technical target groups. You are convinced by stakeholder sovereignty, own initiative and a structured hands-on mentality - from exchange with employees to cooperation with management and external partners. You have knowledge of German and English and you have completed your studies, e.g. in business informatics, BWL, communication or a comparable field. Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, the Microsoft-365 ecosystem or Key User/Champion/Maker programs in larger organizations.
