Knowledge and practical experience in adapting contact lenses. Multiannual professional experience in store management or in a comparable leadership function in the eye-optical environment. Experience in leadership, motivation and development of employees. Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and experience in building sustainable customer relationships. flowing knowledge of German and English; further language skills are an additional plus.
