Expert Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) Communication & Enablement (m/f/d)

Strategic consideration of changes in structure and sequence organisation induced by artificial intelligence (“KI”) Planning and implementation of target-group-specific communication and adoption measures for the sustainable anchoring of AI applications and data-based operations in the company Organization and accompaniment of AI trade fairs, trainings, events, hackathons and other enablement formats to promote AI competence and cross-departmental exchange Creation and maintenance of target-group-specific communication and information materials, comprehensible preparation of complex AI topics as well as implementation of workshops, interviews and analyses for identifying requirements, use cases and potential for improvement in the specialist areas Coordination and control of enablement measures in cooperation with P&C Learning & Development, departments and other stakeholders, as well as the collection and evaluation of usage and feedback data for the continuous optimization of communication, enablement and platform offerings

Graduate (Master/Diplom) in Computer Science, (Economic) Psychology, Economics or a Comparative Qualification Multiannual professional experience in change management, internal corporate communication or strategic personnel development Good knowledge in the environment of artificial intelligence and its working methods in large organizations as well as very good MS Office skills and secure communication skills in German and English High social competence and self-initiative, pronounced analytical skills, hand-on mentality and structured and independent working Impressed team and operational readiness as well as willingness to take responsibility and contribute proactively to projects
