Commercial Employee (f/m/d) Invoicing/ Billing

We are specialists in the archiving of sensitive business documents and data carriers. To strengthen our team we are looking for dedicated support in the area of Faktura/ Billing. In your role, you are responsible for creating and processing invoices. You also monitor the payment inputs and tune with your team. You check services provided in close coordination with the project management, write invoices and process carefully occurring invoice complaints. If you have any questions about invoices, you are here as a telephone contact for our customers. Finally, you work across departments to optimize processes and ensure smooth running.

As a basis you bring a completed commercial training. Professional experience in the area of billing / invoice is not absolutely necessary - cross-comers are welcome.. Furthermore, you bring good MS Office and ideally SAP knowledge. You can also create invoices in both German and English. As a dedicated and communication-strong team player, you convince with a quick understanding. Last but not least, you have a good concentration ability and a detailed way of working.
