For our service and consulting centers we are looking for you as Senior Consultant (m/d) at the Cologne site, part-time Disposal and processing of operations for the medical care service Structured prioritization of operations according to medical urgency Alarming the doctors (w/m/d) Supported by doctors (w/m/d) in carrying out operations Communication with patients (w/m/d) as well as members for clarification of open questions Situative means of alternative treatment options Relieving the hotline 116117 for the North Rhine region and system-assisted implementation of medical assessments (after appropriate training)

You have completed commercial training or bring comparable acquired knowledge with You ideally have practical experience in healthcare and have professional experience in a contact center with a higher contact frequency You have the willingness to use in shiftwork (24/7), with a focus on evening/night/weekend service You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing The routined handling of the current MS Office products is known to you You have a pronounced communication capability and high service orientation You are resilient, have a high sensitivity and a friendly and safe occurrence You are characterized by commitment and team skills
