The association for counselling and therapy e.V. LOK provides help to people of different nationalities and population groups. Our aim is to improve the psychosocial and psychiatric care of the population of the East Circle in the district of Marburg Biedenkopf.

For our area of social care in outpatient housing, we are looking for ab now

two pedagogical/industrial staff (educational scientist, social worker, social pedagogue or comparable qualification) (m/w/d)

about 28-35 hours per week

Your activity:

• cooperation in the planning and implementation of individual participation planning
• advice, support and support for people with mental illnesses in their own housing environment, in the areas of everyday life, daily structure, health, leisure, work, and in the individual social area
• Promoting and strengthening self-employment and participation in society
• Group management and leisure design
• Monitoring in conflict and crisis situations
• Close cooperation with life partners, relatives, cooperation partners — Administrative activities

We wish:

• A completed study in the pedagogical/psychological field or a comparable qualification
• experiences in the social-psychiatric field, or the willingness to participate
• readiness for flexible working hours (without shiftwork)
• Responsive and respectful handling of mentally ill people
• Engaged, creative collaboration and independent working
• Interest in cooperation and the design of self-managed structures
• Class B driving licence and own car for occasional service
• Good IT knowledge (MS-Office, Internet, Smartphone)
