Demand Planner / Scheduling Clerk [temporary] (m/f/d)

As a demand planner or specialist disposition (m/w/d), you are responsible for the optimal supply of goods. You carry out the operational sales and inventory planning and optimize it taking into account capacities, costs and delivery service. In addition, you ensure a high degree of readiness to deliver to achieve the agreed target delivery levels for partial ranges. You systemically collect the existing MRP data and process it. Also the implementation of the needs in delivery calls, taking into account the agreements with suppliers, as well as the coordination with external suppliers are your tasks. With the marketing department and sales you tune the plan sales. For further, continuous coordination regarding the feasibility of product innovations, new listings and the like, in addition to these two departments, you are still in exchange with the purchase and adjacent areas. You coordinate all ongoing project activities in the context of goods supply and control additional necessary activities in bottleneck situations. In case of plan deviations, you actively seek communication with the parties.

You have a completed commercial training in the field of industry or forwarding, as well as a comparable commercial training and have already gained several years of professional experience in the MRP environment as well as initial experience in the logistics sector. A routine in dealing with SAP and the associated data management, as well as in sales, production planning, material requirements planning and business warehouse systems is of course for you. You can also handle Microsoft Office easily. This knowledge is complemented by personal contacts with suppliers of strategic assortments. With a very good numerical understanding, pronounced analytical skills and experience in project management, you bring comprehensive expertise in the analysis and management area. You have good English skills in word and writing. Your organizational talent shows your ability to perform tasks reliably and precisely. In addition, you have a pronounced communication strength that helps you work effectively with others. Your flexibility and commitment and enforcing skills complete your profile.
