As part of this activity, you are actively involved in day-to-day business and, in consultation with the manager, take over the team's technical leadership and are the first person to speak for the department management of the Financial and Accounting Service Center (SC FRW). Further activities are as follows: As a team leader, you can manage the tasks of your team staff (approximately 15 people) in time, organization and quality. They support the team members in technical and organizational issues Your field of activity includes holiday arrangements and leadership of team meetings They are the first respondent to problems and questions concerning ensuring the smooth running of the operational booking business In addition, you will support the management of the Service Center in developing strategic and conceptual tasks and processes, as well as in coordinating location-related measures and ensuring knowledge transfer to all stakeholders. They advise participants in the central and branch offices (NRW-wide) in financial affairs

They have successfully completed university studies (Bachelor/Diplom/Master) of the Department of Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a comparable discipline or You have the skills for the category 2.1 in the Landesverwaltung NRW or are already in the category 2.1 in the Landesverwaltung NRW as employees/employees (w/m/d). Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
