We are looking for a Business Development Engineer (m/w/d) - Military Connectors / VG- & MIL-Connector Solutions

Construction and further development of the VG/MIL connector division Acquisition, support and technical advice of new and existing customers Development of long-term customer relationships in the military and industrial environment Contact person for technical questions concerning connectors and cable assemblies Development of customized solutions in cooperation with manufacturers and suppliers Cooperation in building and developing an accredited assembly and assembly line Close cooperation with the international team, in particular with the location Romania Participation in the expansion and expansion of the product and solution portfolio Support for demand planning, forecasts and assortment management Coordination with sales, purchasing and logistics to ensure delivery Observing market and technology trends and identifying new business potentials Implementation of customer, supplier and manufacturer visits at home and abroad

Complete technical training in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, industrial engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of connectors, cable assembly, electromechanics or technical distribution Advantageous knowledge of VG, MIL or comparable military standards Experience in technical sales, product management or business development desirable Understanding technical drawings, specifications and standards Communication strength and safe appearance to customers and partners Ready to travel and partial presence at Galati (Romania) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, Romanian language skills are of advantage, but no condition
