Projektmanager (m/w/d) You take responsibility – you are responsible for the professional process management of assigned projects and run the project managers of the different works. As part of the project management, you are responsible for compliance with technical standards, the development of decision-making templates, time and budget support as well as the preparation and follow-up of the projects.

You carry out a variety of tasks – You contribute to the acceptance of works and the associated preparatory votes. In addition, you support the Department in achieving the strategic goals. You are also involved in the creation of tools and guidelines for the implementation of the projects.

You look forward – You contribute to the further development and implementation of innovative methods and techniques as well as the further development of the strategic goals.

You are a team player – you inform adjacent specialist areas about relevant topics and agree closely with the specialist areas and project managers, among other things, with regard to the coordination and planning of different projects.

Your training – you have a successfully completed training for the brewer and malt master or comparable training of beverage production.

Your experience – you have already worked for several years in technical project management and ideally bring basic knowledge of the technical processes of a food business.

Their personality – You are characterized by a high technical understanding, a pronounced hand-on mentality. Also in challenging project situations, you keep an overview and convince by communication strength. It is easy for you to inspire other people for complex and new topics. You also think of entrepreneurship, work independently and solution-oriented. Business trips within Germany are not a problem for you.

Your know-how – you have good knowledge in MS-Office; Experiences in SAP, Atlassian or other project-related systems are advantageous. Ideally, you are already familiar with process control systems (e.g. ProLeiT).
