General responsibility for the analysis, structuring and prioritization of complex and cross-disciplinary technical requirements Development of technical solutions and implementation concepts taking into account strategic objectives and technical dependencies Professional leadership and coaching of business analysts as well as support in methodological and professional issues Responsibility for the quality, consistency and feasibility of professional requirements across multiple projects and teams Control of complex stakeholder landscapes as well as moderation of professional decisions and target conflicts at different organisational levels Technical management of requirements along the entire delivery process from design to production Definition and development of standards, methods and best practices in requirements management and business analysis Responsibility for technical risk, impact and dependency analyses as well as the control of critical topics and escalations Identification of optimization and digitization potentials as well as active development of processes, systems and procedures

Long-standing professional experience as a Solution Expert SAP, in business analysis, request management or in comparable roles within complex IT and transformation projects Detectable experience in the technical control of complex and cross-departmental requirements Experience in the professional leadership, guidance or further development of employees, project teams or communities Very pronounced analytical, conceptual and strategic skills Sovereign Stakeholder Management and the ability to make decisions across different organisational levels Found experience in agile development environments as well as the creation of epics, features and user stories Experience in the design and development of methods, processes and governance structures High level of responsibility, implementation strength and quality orientation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
