As a central talent Acquisition Team, we ensure the further growth of the group and bring together motivated talents with our disciplines. In your role as Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager (Human) you are responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process, in close coordination with our specialist departments and other colleagues, among others: You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for your areas – from briefing to contract negotiation You understand yourself as a Sparring partner:in our specialist areas and actively integrate them into the process In Active Sourcing you go proactively to candidate:inside and build a network in the relevant target group You keep an eye on market trends and bring your ideas into the further development of our team In addition to the daily business, you will take various project topics to develop the work together

In recruiting and/or in Active Sourcing you have already successfully occupied a larger number of search projects In settings, you have already demonstrated several times that success has nothing to do with abdominal feeling, but that a sound/competence-based interview technique is important.
