The University of Bayreuth with its family campus is one of the largest employers in the region. For the Department of Faculty Affairs in the Central University Administration, a Team Assistant (m/w/d) in parttime (50 %, currently 20,0500 hours/week) scheduled for 2 years at the Faculty of Language and Literature.

Handling of correspondence for the Dean and the Dean's Team E-mail and telephone traffic in the Dean's Office, the appointment coordination for the Dean's Further administrative work, in particular in the personnel field, briefing in the Dean's Secretariat, settlement of the post office Working with the organisation and implementation of meetings and various events

Successfully completed vocational training as a merchant for office management or comparable training Professional experience in higher education or administration is desirable Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure PC identifiers (MS Office) Self-employed work and high operational readiness Openness in dealing with students and lecturers Objective and outcome orientation Teamability and good communication skills
