Number: MER00049UA We are responsible for the further development, protection and testing of bus systems as well as the networking of control units in test setups and vehicles. This includes the development and validation of networking technologies, the analysis of communication systems and the support for the implementation of future-oriented vehicle architectures. For this challenging and exciting task we are looking for you as a working student*in ECU networking on test setups and vehicles. These challenges include: Cooperation in testing network interfaces of control units from different vehicle domains Support in commissioning test environments and test setups Preparation and implementation of control unit tests for network interfaces Preparation of test results documentation as well as preparation and analysis of results Participation in the development of test programs and the automation of processes using modern development methods Support in the use of AI-based methods to optimize development and test processes Cooperation in securing current and future networking technologies and network topologies Conducting bus physics studies and analyses Support in the development of hardware and software volumes for test setups and test automation Cooperation with various departments in the field of electrical and electronic engineering We offer: Insights into the development and protection of modern vehicle network systems Working with innovative technologies in the vehicle environment Practical application and deepening of knowledge acquired in studies Professional support by experienced speakers Cooperation in a motivated and value-adding team Various possibilities for personal and professional development A varied field of activity with exciting projects

Study programme in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, communications technology, mechatronics, computer science or a comparable technical study programme Immatrikulation at a university Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Access Programming skills in a high language Knowledge in handling AI applications Knowledge in the field of measurement technology Knowledge in one or more of the following bus systems: Local Interconnect Network, Controller Area Network, FlexRay or Automotive Ethernet Commitment and self-responsibility Embossed team capacity Analytical way of thinking and a structured and strategic way of working Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, certificates, current enrollment certificate, giving the semester and proof of the regular study period.
