Coordination of the recruitment process: You take the scheduling, invitations and cancellations on your own. Administration of the applicant tool: You make sure that our candidate management works smoothly. Accompanying interviews: After your introduction, you support interviews for interns and graduates. Care of trainees and graduates: From contract design to work council hearings to on- and off-boarding processes - you are the contact person. Process optimization: You bring your own ideas and help us constantly improve our processes. Organization of the student table: You arrange for regular meetings and exchange among students. Insight into operational personnel work: As part of our team, you will get comprehensive insights into current projects and daily staff work.

Studies: You study economics or a comparable degree course, ideally focusing on human resources. Language knowledge: You master German and English in word and writing. duration of internship: The internship is a mandatory part of your studies and takes at least 5 months. Skills required to be successful in place: You work independently, committed and reliable. You have a good understanding, you are powerful and trustworthy.
