We – Apleona MTS GmbH – are looking for a location in Neu-Isenburg Performance & Reporting Manager (m/d) - JobID 26611 As a Performance & Reporting Manager (w/m/d), you make sure that we know exactly how well our key account is running – and where we can get better. You check key figures (KPIs), evaluate data and create understandable reports and dashboards so that our customer gets the right information at the right time.

Monitoring the KPIs of the key account in accordance with the contractual agreements and expectations of our customer Data analysis to control the operational performance, processes and quality, as well as deriving concrete measures recommendations Creation, automation and continuous improvement of internal and external control reporting Optimization and, where appropriate, automation of the communication channels in the account to efficiently distribute information and to change information or Detection of reporting requirements early Supporting the IT systems for the key account: optimizing the underlying processes, ensuring high data quality and taking over the interface function between key account management, IT and the CAFM system Close cooperation with all persons in contact with the customer, including the organisation and coordination of regular performance assessment talks with the customer and the operatively responsible Development of the design and technical implementation of the control reporting and the dashboards in Power BI

Graduate in Business Administration, Business Administration, Economics/informatics or a comparable discipline Professional, multiannual experience in data management and data development with focus on business intelligence, ideally in the service industry (e.g. facility management) First experience in the project management and the ability to advance topics independently, structured and process-analytical Know-how in working with cubes or multidimensional data models Safe handling of MS Office, especially very good PowerPoint and good Power BI skills, complements with a high affinity for data and IT Creativity in the development of reports and dashboard as well as an eye for design and optics Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
