You are responsible for the operational support of all specialist and executives in your assigned area of responsibility. Due to your very good communication skills, you will ensure smooth and trusting cooperation between departments, works council and management level. For the successful occupation of open vacancies, you control the recruiting according to needs, taking into account addressable recruiting strategies. You enjoy working with employees and accompany them from entry to exit. You will follow all relevant deadlines (determinations, sampling times, parental periods, ...) and process them proactively. You are also responsible for the independent administrative handling of recruitment and exit processes and the maintenance of personal master files and files. This will help you develop processes in Personio. When adopting special topics (personal marketing, controlling, etc.) and project tasks, you can contribute your expertise and ideas and actively shape the development of the personnel area.

Ideally, you have a successfully completed business studies with a focus on staff, or a comparable qualification, e.g. as a staff specialist, and see your professional future in the personnel environment. You communicate clearly, bindingly and at eye level and understand HR as a service-oriented point of contact for employees and managers Your independent, solution-oriented and self-responsive operation ensures that you contribute to the design and optimization of processes in HR You have first experiences or a high level of readiness in dealing with Personio and Microsoft Office
