Your tasks - shape the future together: In a dynamic sales environment, you support the sales management to further develop the sales area in the handicraft customer segment strategically - with a view to growth, scaling and sustainability. You are actively developing sales strategies and growth initiatives, for example for target customer segments, market processing and offering and service concepts, and accompany the implementation to the area. You shape the distribution of the future by developing sales processes and standards, improving system support and establishing clear control logic based on key figures. You take responsibility for sales projects and change projects: You plan goals and actions, co-ordinarily involved, keep schedules and make results visible. Analyses, reports and basis of decision-making are very careful to take specific measures and make sales performance transparent and controllable. In close cooperation with sales and interfaces, you will ensure a smooth flow of information and a successful implementation. Workshops and working groups you moderate, take up requirements from practice, prioritize topics and translate them into feasible work packages - including communication and qualification of the teams. Presentations and management documents are available professionally and visually convincingly and represent your topics safely in coordination. You plan and organize sales formats such as sales launches, training days as well as customer and partner events and accompany them in implementation. Existing professional experience in project work, strategic sales or assistance is desirable. You have a quick understanding, think analytically and networked and are happy to work on new topics.
