Your tasks:

•Supporting and supporting children in their learning process according to the Montessori principles

• Design and preparation of the learning environment

• Observation and documentation of the development of children

•Building and care of an educational partnership with parents

Your profile:

• Completed training as an educator or comparable qualification

•experience in the Montessori education or the willingness to acquire this timely

•Sensitivity, patience and enthusiasm for work with children

•Team skills, communication strength and improvisation skills
