As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Senior Service Techniker IM&T Europa (m/w/d) now in full time in Hilden. The Service Center Europe is responsible for the field services activities abroad at approx. 30 locations and 11 countries in Europe and also serves the mobile clients of our customers worldwide. This includes disorder, new installations and refresh of the IT and TK end devices and systems.

Implementation of the on-site activities at Bundeswehr locations abroad in Europe as part of Incident & IMAC contracts Installation, commissioning, upgrade and maintenance of hardware and software Operation and administration of IT infrastructures and systems, including network and server environments Support and support of users in the use of IT infrastructure in 1st and 2nd levels of support Compliance with agreed service level agreements and participation in standby services Regular missions within Europe

Complete training on IT system electronics/machine formatter or a comparable qualification About 3 years of relevant professional experience in field service Europe-wide readiness and a class B licence required Comprehensive knowledge of ticket systems and knowledge databases as well as knowledge about IT processes Good communication capability, a high degree of flexibility and an independent, independent and solution-oriented operation Flowing German and English knowledge, good knowledge of a traffic language of the supervised countries
